1. For patients who had previous breast cancer or any other treatments, we need your clinical record and referral  letter which are explaining the status of your breast  written by a doctor in your country. ( Your doctor's signature and his/her address are necessary.)　Otherwise,  we are very sorry  we can not see you. (If you have prepared all the papers above, we are very happy to see you. And also, we can send letter about your examination result to your doctor if you wish to do so. We can send the results to your doctor, but not give it to you, such as by letter or e-mail, over the phone and so on .) When you tell us the past history about your breast disease verbally, it might be helpful for us to understand your medical status. However written documents by your doctor is more helpful and precise.

2. After your examination, we explain the result verbally. However we do not issue medical certificate unless you eradicate to whom you submit (name and address in English are necessary) and there will be a charge. We can not give your examination data unless you fill up request form (written in Japanese) and there will be a charge as well.

3. We are not able to see any patient unless he/she stays in Japan more than one month since first visit to our clinic and could see us other time here within one month.

4. We are able to see the patient who speaks either English or Japanese. There is no staff in this clinic who understands other languages except for English or Japanese.  Even though you have interpretation devices, we are very sorry that we cannot afford to see you.
