Thank you for choosing our clinic. We offer self-pay breast screening packages for patients visiting Japan from overseas, with consultation by a breast specialist and an English-language examination report. Please read the information below carefully before booking.

We welcome patients from all over the world. Please note that your consultation may involve the use of a translation device, which may not always convey subtle nuances perfectly. We kindly ask for your understanding.

1 Self-Pay Medical Services

Medical services provided to patients from foreign countries under this program are not covered by Japanese National Health Insurance. All medical services are provided entirely on a self-pay basis. The patient agrees to pay all fees associated with medical consultations, clinical examinations, imaging studies, medical reports, imaging data, and related administrative services.

3 Payment & Language Support

The patient agrees to pay all applicable fees before receiving examination reports or imaging data.

Language support: English-speaking patients may receive medical consultation without an interpreter. For languages other than English, our clinic may use AI-based translation tools to help with communication. Please understand and accept that:

• AI translation may not be completely accurate.
• Medical information may occasionally be translated imperfectly.
• The clinic will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate communication.

4 Important Notes

Release of Imaging Data

When a patient requests imaging data, it will be released after all fees have been paid.

Further Examination

The clinic provides consultation, examination, imaging studies, and examination reports based on the patient's condition at the time of examination. If further tests such as a biopsy are required, they are not performed under this program. Please take your results to a specialist facility of your choice. Please note that we do not issue a referral letter.

Limitation of Our Responsibility

The patient acknowledges that:

• AI translation tools have their own limitations.
• All examination results are based on the patient's condition on the day of examination.
• Medical services are provided in accordance with Japanese medical standards and regulations.
• Medical opinions and recommendations may differ from those provided in the patient's home country.
